WHAT WE DID LAST SUMMER 2015

Before we say more, let’s face it…we are in November and only now we are taking the time to write a little note about the summer?? This happened because it was an amazing summer, and we were so busy living it! It’s sounds a bit as a cliché…but it’s true! We had so many amazing guests, we made friends for life – but we will stop here, so I don’t get too emotional about it.

We have to thank  Sanda Vuckovic for the wonderfull Kinfolk event she organized at our place, here’s some pictures that she took on that special day.

Another highlight of this season was the surf camp we had in October –   too good to describe it here – but with more opportunities to join us in Spring  2016, send us an e-mail to inquiry about dates and prices

Meagan Merlin was very kind to send us these really nice pictures from the first days of May 2014.

I know the last days of September are blissful, but this year, calm sea and warm weather streched to October, it seems summer doesn’t want to leave, and neither do I

I have a hard time explaining one of the biggest highlights of my life.  It was a glorious day – that one at the end of the summer when I participated the annual “duck race” and was one of the lucky winners with hundreds of people cheering my victory.  My knees were bruised, and I was exhausted after chasing the duck, yet I still felt that it was MY day.

ABOUT AUGUST

Yeah, I know the world is still crazy out there, and it’s not that I’m hiding from all that madness…

But…I can’t help feel my hope restored every time I have a perfect summer day – those kind of days when you don’t leave the beach until it’s getting dark

It’s not only about the place, but also the people I’m lucky to meet everyday.

So for now – at least…I think everything will be alright.

Charlotta Bellander, a Gothenburg based artist, did this amazing and delicated work during her stay with us, it’s hard to find the words to say how happy we are to see the way she saw us.
